One io.systemd.Metrics.List stream, awaited by every collector that reads
it in a cycle.
PID 1 serves varlink requests one at a time and the stream is its most
expensive call after a full Unit.List, so a second stream per cycle would
cost PID 1 the whole walk again and make both collectors wait on each other.
Shared needs a cloneable output, hence the Arcs.
